Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CallEssential (we, us), a cloud communications platform operated by SynergyTalk and based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website and services.

1. Information we collect

Account and contact details you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and billing information.

Service usage data generated when you use the platform, including call detail records (numbers dialled, timestamps, and duration), configuration data, and, where you enable them, call recordings and transcriptions.

Technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and cookies used to operate and secure the website.

2. How we use your data

To provide, operate, bill, and support the services; to route and complete calls; and to detect fraud and maintain network security and integrity.

To comply with our legal, regulatory, and telecommunications obligations, and to send service communications and, where permitted, relevant marketing that you can opt out of at any time.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, to pursue our legitimate business interests, and, where required, on the basis of your consent.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with upstream carriers and interconnect partners as needed to complete calls, with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where required by law or valid legal process.

5. Call recordings and content

Where recording or transcription features are enabled, the customer (as employer or account holder) is the controller of that content and is responsible for obtaining any consents and providing any notices required by applicable law in the jurisdictions where calls are made or received. CallEssential processes this content only on the customer instructions.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services, meet legal and regulatory retention requirements (including telecom record-keeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, as summarised on our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@callessential.cc. If you are in the UK or EEA, please also see our GDPR page.

9. International transfers

As a global communications provider, we may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The last updated date above reflects the current version. For any questions or requests, contact privacy@callessential.cc.

This page is provided for transparency and general information only. It does not form part of any contract except where expressly incorporated into your service agreement, and nothing here creates warranties or representations beyond those set out in your signed agreement. In the event of any conflict, your service agreement and our Terms of Service prevail.
